A credit card is required for all bookings. 50% will be charged upfront with the remaining balance due at the end of the first session.
 

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule;  otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.

 

If you are a first time client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to complete and review intake forms and clarify goals.  If more than 15 minutes late, a client may be asked to reschedule with their deposit forfeited.
 

A session cannot be rushed. Care and consideration are important to each procedure, and delays may occur, depending on individual needs.

With the exception of Pari Brow® and Freckle Application, a 2nd session or Focus Visit is included and must be scheduled within 1-3 months, or charges will apply.  A 48-hour notice is required, if the Focus Visit must be canceled or rescheduled;  otherwise, this complimentary session is forfeited, and any adjustments will be scheduled as a Touch-Up procedure with a required 50% deposit.

Pregnant or nursing women, or anyone under the age of 18, will not be considered for tattooing.

 

Clients near or experiencing menstruation will have a lower tolerance to pain during procedures.

 

Permanent cosmetic procedures are not recommended for those who tend to keloid.

 

Please, reschedule if you are feeling ill or have had a fever within 24 hours of your appointment.
