A credit card is required for all bookings. 50% will be charged upfront with the remaining balance due at the end of the first session.
 

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, the 50% deposit is forfeited.
 

If more than 15 minutes late, a client may be asked to reschedule with their deposit forfeited.
 

A session cannot be rushed. Care and consideration are important to each procedure, and delays may occur, depending on individual needs.
 

A 2nd session or Focus Visit is included with the initial procedure and must be scheduled within 1-3 months following it, or charges will apply. If a Focus Visit must be canceled or rescheduled, a 48-hour notice is required; otherwise, the complimentary session is forfeited, and any adjustments will need to be scheduled as a Touch-Up procedure with a 50% deposit.
 

Pregnant or nursing women, or anyone under the age of 18, will not be considered for tattooing. Clients near or experiencing menstruation will have a lower tolerance to pain during procedures. Permanent cosmetics are not recommended for those who tend to keloid.
