Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required for all bookings. 50% will be charged upfront with the remaining balance due at the end of the first session. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, the 50% deposit is forfeited. If more than 15 minutes late, a client may be asked to reschedule, with their deposit forfeited.
